DIY 16000 watts 230v programmable led lighting 16 channel

16000 watts massive programmable led lighting circuit using triac

Christmas & many other festival coming soon, So everyone wants to decorate their houses using led light…

So in this project I will show you, how you can make amazing led lighting at home easily….

You can program this project according to your need. This circuit can handle upto 16000 watts of power.

This is a 16 channel setup & each channel can handle upto 1000 watts….

This circuit is suitable for any kind of led lights…..

 

Working:

The heart of this project is the arduino uno. Here I use a pair of 74HC595 shift registor ic with arduino. This is a 16 channel setup, so I use two 74hc595 ic, each ic give 8 outputs so the total output will be 16.

Now as I told you this is a 16000 watts project so we have to use a driver circuit to deliver the power. Now the output from the ic is DC & we need ac so I use bt136 triac to control the load. Also I use MOC3021 optocoupler ic to isolate the circuit also the the optocoupler is use for the triggering purpose.

In bt136 triac when we trigger the gate terminal, the current will flow through T1 & T2 terminal of the triac, so the circuit will be complete & as load is connected in series with the triac, the load will be on.
